Lou brings enthusiasm, high energy and 20 years of management and development experience to serving home buyers and sellers in Lane County.  She gives 5% of her commissions back to non-profits serving children and people with developmental disabilities.

Lou enjoys the adventure of every new transaction and working collaboratively to creatively find solutions. Lou is currently on the Board of Directors of Oregon Supported Living Program. She gives 5% of her personal, end-total commission back to one of three non-profits serving children and people with developmental disabilities

Lou is married to Russell Poppe. They enjoy a blended family including two sons, Ian and Danny and two daughters, Kelsey and Jordan, all in their 20s. Lou and Russell also enjoy riding bicycles, motorcycles, reading and working out
